A properly designed tendering document should take into account all relevant categories of deliverables and the pricing structure for each category at the planning stage. One of the first steps in setting up your Orbidder project is to set out the categories of deliverables and their pricing structure. This is done on the page titled “Align Deliverables, Pricing and Material Disclosures”, shown below .

screen-shot-2016-10-19-at-11-08-43-amDeliverable categories and pricing structures must be defined at this stage, and may be edited later only by the Procurement Lead or Head of Procurement. There will be no option for the drafter to edit these category selections during the drafting stage.

To complete this page:

  1. Create your deliverable categories.
  2. Choose a pricing structure for each deliverable category.
  3. Consider whether there are any material disclosures related to each deliverable category. Your selections on material disclosures at this stage can be changed later by the assigned drafter.
