There are two options for completing the Pricing Form:

  1. Build a pricing form using the fields provided by Orbidder
  2. Upload your own pricing form

In both cases, you will also need to draft the General Pricing Instructions. Read on to the bottom of the post for those instructions.

Use Orbidder’s Built-In Pricing Form

Orbidder’s built-in pricing form can be used for projects with simple pricing structures. To use the form, enter basic instructions for each line item as shown in the example below.

Upload Your Own Pricing Form

To hide the built-in pricing form and upload your own, simply click the “Hide Grid” and “Attach File” buttons on the top left corner of the drafting area and follow the instructions to upload your own pricing form.

Completing the General Pricing Instructions

The General Pricing Instructions should set out the manner in which pricing will be evaluated, as shown in the example below:
